Our Assistant Teachers play an important role within the RWSOD team. Working alongside our senior teaching staff, they support classes, assist with student development, and help create a positive, nurturing, and well-structured learning environment.

These assistants are carefully selected, experienced dancers who generously give their time and support to our younger students and classes. Generally advanced in their own training, they are chosen not only for their strong technique, but also for their maturity, reliability, and positive attitude. They serve as inspiring role models within our studio “dance family.”

We consider our Assistant Teachers to be extraordinary and promising young people, and their dedication, enthusiasm, and professionalism contribute greatly to the strong sense of community and excellence within the studio. This role also allows them to develop valuable leadership, communication, and teaching skills as part of their ongoing dance education.
